I created content for the Google Ads product aimed at small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Given the unique nature of this audience, my content balanced both B2B and B2C needs—spanning website copy, product naming, email campaigns, newsletters, sales communications, and in-product UX. This work helped simplify complex advertising concepts, increase product adoption, and strengthen Google Ads’ value proposition for SMBs.

Optimization Score is a new product that was introduced under the Recommendations tab within the Google Ads desktop platform and mobile app.
