I created content for the Google Ads product aimed at small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Given the unique nature of this audience, my content balanced both B2B and B2C needs—spanning website copy, product naming, email campaigns, newsletters, sales communications, and in-product UX. This work helped simplify complex advertising concepts, increase product adoption, and strengthen Google Ads’ value proposition for SMBs.

Google Ads aimed to refresh the first communication customers receive after signing up. Partnering with my Art Director, I designed a friendly, conversational onboarding email that guided users through their next steps and set the tone for an approachable product experience.
